Ingredients
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 bottle Schultz’s Gourmet Spicy Original Cooking Sauce
- ½ package dry ranch dressing mix
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 6 rolls, halved
- Coleslaw (for serving, optional)
How to make
STEP 1: Place the chicken breasts into your slow cooker, and cover with 3/4 of Schultz's Gourmet Spicy Original Cooking Sauce and the ranch dressing mix. Cover, and cook on Low for 6 to 7 hours.
STEP 2: Once the chicken has cooked through, add 2 tablespoons of butter, once butter is melted and combined, shred the meat finely with two forks. Let simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
STEP 3: Heat oven to 425°F. Melt remaining butter and spread over rolls. Place rolls butter side up on a baking sheet. Bake until golden brown and toasted.
STEP 4: Pile the buffalo chicken onto the rolls, top with coleslaw if desired, and splash with the remaining buffalo wing sauce. Best served with a side of sweet potato fries or a baked potato! Enjoy!
