Lemon Blueberry Mascarpone Oatmeal

Breakfast is the best meal of the day! Here at Three Bears Oats, we think breakfast is made even better with oatmeal. We combined lemon curd, fresh blueberries, mascarpone cheese and almonds for a delightful tart and filling bowl anyone can enjoy.


– 1 Three Bears Oats Wild Blueberry Oat Cup
– 1 tbsp lemon curd
– handful of fresh blueberries
– 1 tsp sliced, toasted almonds
– 1 tsp mascarpone cheese


1. Remove the seal and lid.

2. Add boiling water to fill line. Mix well. Replace lid and let stand for 1 to 2 minutes.

3. Use more or less water for just-right thickness.

4. Stir in lemon curd.

5. Top with a handful of fresh blueberries, mascarpone cheese and almonds.

6. Enjoy!
